The Session

The session is useful in that it has the sheet music and ABC notation for lots of Irish tunes.
(note that there are many different transcriptions for Irish tunes; review the version and, if you are a player, choose the version that suits you or transcribe and add your own!)
Most of the tunes are linked to a source recordings so you can find recordings to listen to.
You can sign up for free and participate by adding tunes, events, recordings, etc.
You can also create your personal tune books, tune sets and bookmarks.

You can:

• find tunes to play
• find recordings to listen to
• find sessions to participate in or just listen
• join in discussions about the music
• find events (like concerts and festivals)
