Marilyn Goodman

Marilyn Goodman has supported and been involved with folk/roots music since her teens in Los Angeles, since getting hooked on listening to Roz and Howard Larman’s FolkScene on KPFK.  She currently sings all manner of music, including gospel, old time, jazz, African, bluegrass and latin, in a community choir that she has participated in for 15 years.  Aside from vocal music, she dabbles in playing the mountain dulcimer.  She enthusiastically joined the FolkWorks board in 2020 to help promote and keep folk music alive and well.
