Téada Irish Band on March 1st
March 1 @ 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM PST

The acclaimed musicians of Téada have been playing Irish music around the world for more than 20 years. They have headlined major festivals throughout North America, Mexico, Europe, Africa, Australia and the Middle East.
The band’s founder and fiddler, Oisin Mac Diarmada, said this week, “Folk music has a unique ability to lift the spirits, while providing an added layer of meaning to many of life’s experiences. As we share our music in Pasadena, the connection with the suffering experienced by people and place will hopefully bring heightened meaning and solace to us all.”
Téada, Irish for “strings”, consists of fiddle player Oisín Mac Diarmada, button accordion player Paul Finn, Damien Stenson on flute, Seán Mc Elwain switches between bouzouki and guitar, bodhrán player Tristan Rosenstock, and Samantha Harvey step dancer and piano.
